ExploMeal Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the ExploMeal apps for Android, iOS and the web ("the app", "we"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app.
2. Free features and Premium
The app has free features and an optional paid subscription, ExploMeal Premium, which adds features such as daily recipe suggestions with reminders and higher limits for AI features (scans, recipe imports, AI recipes and chef chat). Free features may have usage limits. We may change which features are free or Premium and the limits that apply; we will not remove a feature you have paid for during a period you have already paid for.
3. Subscriptions, free trials and payment
- Billing: Premium is bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account. The price, billing period and any trial are shown before you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials: if a free trial is offered and you start it, the subscription is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Trial eligibility is decided by the store (usually one trial per account).
- Cancelling: manage or cancel in your store settings. iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: payments are handled by Apple or Google and refunds follow their policies. Contact the store to request a refund.
- Price changes: if the price changes, the store will tell you in advance as its rules require.
- Restoring: to use Premium on a new device, sign in with the same account and use Settings → Restore purchases.
4. AI-generated content
Recipe suggestions, AI recipes, product recognition, estimated expiry dates and chef chat answers are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Always check ingredients and labels yourself, especially for allergies and dietary needs, follow safe food-handling and cooking practices, and use your own judgement about whether food is still safe to eat. The app does not provide medical, nutritional or allergy advice.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add (pantry items, recipes, notes, photos, messages). You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the app for you, including sending it to the AI services described in our Privacy Policy. Only import recipes and photos you have the right to use.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break or bypass its security or usage limits, no automated or bulk access, no unlawful, harmful or infringing content, and no use of the AI features to produce anything unrelated to food and cooking in a way that abuses the service.
7. Third-party services
The app relies on services such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Firebase and Google Gemini, and can open or read websites you import recipes from. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it being error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for harm arising from relying on AI-generated content, recipes or expiry estimates. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
10. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

ExploMeal Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Android, iOS ve web için ExploMeal uygulamalarının ("uygulama", "biz") kullanımını düzenler. Hesap oluşturarak veya uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Hesabınız
Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir hesap gerekir. Giriş bilgilerinizi güvende tutun; hesabınızla yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında (veya ülkenizdeki asgari yaşta) olmalısınız.
2. Ücretsiz özellikler ve Premium
Uygulamada ücretsiz özellikler ve isteğe bağlı ücretli bir abonelik olan ExploMeal Premium bulunur. Premium; hatırlatmalı günlük tarif önerileri ve yapay zekâ özellikleri (tarama, tarif içe aktarma, AI tarifleri ve şef sohbeti) için daha yüksek limitler gibi özellikler ekler. Ücretsiz özelliklerin kullanım limitleri olabilir. Hangi özelliklerin ücretsiz veya Premium olduğunu ve limitleri değiştirebiliriz; ancak ücretini ödediğiniz bir dönem boyunca ödediğiniz bir özelliği kaldırmayız.
3. Abonelikler, ücretsiz denemeler ve ödeme
- Faturalandırma: Premium, Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve mağaza hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Fiyat, faturalama dönemi ve varsa deneme süresi satın almayı onaylamadan önce gösterilir.
- Otomatik yenileme: abonelikler, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmezseniz her dönemin sonunda o anki fiyattan otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Ücretsiz deneme: ücretsiz deneme sunulursa ve başlatırsanız, deneme bitmeden iptal etmediğiniz sürece deneme sonunda abonelik ücreti alınır. Deneme hakkını mağaza belirler (genellikle hesap başına bir deneme).
- İptal: mağaza ayarlarınızdan yönetin veya iptal edin. iPhone/iPad: Ayarlar → adınız → Abonelikler. Android: Google Play → Ödemeler ve abonelikler → Abonelikler. İptalden sonra Premium, ödenen dönemin sonuna kadar etkin kalır. Uygulamayı veya hesabınızı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.
- İadeler: ödemeleri Apple veya Google yönetir ve iadeler onların politikalarına tabidir. İade talebi için mağazayla iletişime geçin.
- Fiyat değişiklikleri: fiyat değişirse mağaza, kurallarının gerektirdiği şekilde sizi önceden bilgilendirir.
- Geri yükleme: Premium'u yeni bir cihazda kullanmak için aynı hesapla giriş yapıp Ayarlar → Satın alımları geri yükle'yi kullanın.
4. Yapay zekâ ile üretilen içerik
Tarif önerileri, AI tarifleri, ürün tanıma, tahmini son kullanma tarihleri ve şef sohbeti yanıtları otomatik olarak üretilir ve hatalı veya eksik olabilir. Özellikle alerji ve beslenme ihtiyaçlarınız için malzemeleri ve etiketleri her zaman kendiniz kontrol edin, güvenli gıda saklama ve pişirme kurallarına uyun ve bir gıdanın hâlâ tüketilebilir olup olmadığına kendiniz karar verin. Uygulama tıbbi, beslenme veya alerji tavsiyesi vermez.
5. İçeriğiniz
Eklediğiniz içeriğin (kiler ürünleri, tarifler, notlar, fotoğraflar, mesajlar) sahibi sizsiniz. Bu içeriği yalnızca uygulamayı sizin için çalıştırmak üzere gerektiği kadar saklamamıza, işlememize ve göstermemize, buna Gizlilik Politikamızda açıklanan yapay zekâ hizmetlerine göndermek de dahildir, izin verirsiniz. Yalnızca kullanma hakkınız olan tarifleri ve fotoğrafları içe aktarın.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı kötüye kullanmayın: güvenliğini veya kullanım limitlerini aşmaya çalışmayın, otomatik veya toplu erişim kullanmayın, hukuka aykırı, zararlı veya hak ihlali içeren içerik paylaşmayın ve yapay zekâ özelliklerini hizmeti istismar edecek şekilde yemek ve mutfakla ilgisiz amaçlarla kullanmayın.
7. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
Uygulama Apple App Store, Google Play, Google Firebase ve Google Gemini gibi hizmetlere dayanır ve tarif içe aktardığınız web sitelerini açabilir veya okuyabilir. Bu hizmetlerin kendi koşulları geçerlidir; üçüncü taraf web sitelerinden ve içeriklerinden sorumlu değiliz.
8. Kullanımın sona ermesi
Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman bırakabilir ve hesabınızı Ayarlar → Hesap → Hesabı sil bölümünden silebilirsiniz. Bu koşulları ciddi veya tekrarlı şekilde ihlal eden hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
9. Sorumluluk reddi
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekliyle" sunulur. Kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde, hatasız veya kesintisiz olacağına dair garanti vermeyiz; dolaylı zararlardan veya yapay zekâ ile üretilen içeriğe, tariflere ya da son kullanma tahminlerine güvenilmesinden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, ülkenizin hukukuna göre tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz hakları sınırlamaz.
10. Apple App Store
Uygulamayı Apple App Store'dan indirdiyseniz Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Apple uygulamadan veya desteğinden sorumlu değildir.
11. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Değişiklikler bu sayfada yeni bir "son güncelleme" tarihiyle yayımlanır; değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz değişikliği kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
12. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkedeki zorunlu tüketici korumalarını etkilemeksizin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
