Delete your ExploMeal account
You can delete your ExploMeal account and all data associated with it at any time, either in the app or by email.
Option 1: In the app
- Open the ExploMeal app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- In the Account section, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete. If you signed in a while ago, you may be asked to sign in again first.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email
If you can't access the app, send an email to umutckmk2@gmail.com with the subject "ExploMeal account deletion" from the email address of your ExploMeal account. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Data that is deleted
- Your account (email address, sign-in methods, user ID)
- Pantry items, saved and created recipes, meal plans and shopping lists
- Recipe chat messages and daily recipe suggestions
- Photos you uploaded (recipe and chat images)
- Settings, notification preferences and push notification tokens
Data that is kept
We do not keep any of your personal data after your account is deleted. Anonymous technical logs (without your content) may be kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting before they are removed automatically.
Delete only some data
You don't have to delete your account to remove data: you can delete individual pantry items, recipes, plan entries, shopping items and chats directly in the app at any time.

ExploMeal hesabınızı silin

- ExploMeal uygulamasını açın ve giriş yapın.

- Sil ile onaylayın. Uzun süre önce giriş yaptıysanız önce yeniden giriş yapmanız istenebilir.
Hesabınız hemen silinir.
Yöntem 2: E-posta ile
Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, ExploMeal hesabınızın e-posta adresinden umutckmk2@gmail.com adresine "ExploMeal hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Hesabınızı 30 gün içinde siler ve e-posta ile bilgilendiririz.
Silinen veriler
- Hesabınız (e-posta adresi, giriş yöntemleri, kullanıcı kimliği)
- Kiler ürünleri, kaydedilen ve oluşturulan tarifler, yemek planları ve alışveriş listeleri
- Tarif sohbeti mesajları ve günlük tarif önerileri
- Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar (tarif ve sohbet görselleri)
- Ayarlar, bildirim tercihleri ve bildirim belirteçleri
Saklanan veriler
Hesabınız silindikten sonra kişisel verilerinizi saklamayız. İçeriğinizi içermeyen anonim teknik kayıtlar, güvenlik ve hata giderme amacıyla en fazla 30 gün tutulabilir ve ardından otomatik olarak silinir.
Yalnızca bazı verileri silme
Veri silmek için hesabınızı silmeniz gerekmez: kiler ürünlerini, tarifleri, plan kayıtlarını, alışveriş öğelerini ve sohbetleri istediğiniz zaman doğrudan uygulamadan tek tek silebilirsiniz.
